Exchange Policy

At JollyBilly, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our Exchange Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request for exchange is made within  7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or inserts.


2. Required Documentation

To process your exchange request, you must provide the following:

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Unboxing Video or Photos: If you are claiming that the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, a clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue is mandatory.
  • The video/photos must capture the package in its sealed state, followed by the unboxing process and the defect or incorrect item.

Failure to provide an unboxing video or photos may result in the rejection of your exchange request.


3. Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer support team at support@jollybilly.com with your proof of purchase and required documentation.
  2. Approval: Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us within [7 days] of receiving approval, using the provided return instructions.
  4. Receive Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement product. Please allow [5-10] business days for processing.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products without proof of purchase.
  • Items returned without an unboxing video or photos (if claiming damage or defects).
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
